219 Chronic Fungal Sinusitis: Pre and Post COVID-19, A single UK Tertiary Centre study

Abstract Aims Anecdotal evidence suggests an increase in the incidence of cases Chronic Fungal Sinusitis pre- and post-Covid 19 Pandemic. We aimed to audit our patient fungal sinusitis post-COVID-19 pandemic, alongside auditing management these against national guidelines. Objectives: 1. To assess pandemic at a single UK Tertiary centre 2. patients guidelines post- COVID-19 pandemic. Methods All NHS Trust from years 2018 2022 were collected. Incidence was assessed. 3. Patient notes assessed for demographic, species fungi, management, outcomes. 4. audited Results Post-COVID-19 there higher presenting with National adhered Hospital pre/post-COVID-19. Conclusion Based on limited data tertiary appears be relationship between Sinusitis. However, larger multi-centre studies greater sample size need accurately this trend
